Level 1

Level 1 is very much an apprenticeship. You undergo an induction and are assessed over time leading up to qualification on your abilities and knowledge. Once you are qualified you are expected to participate in classes as an instructor and will be given the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your abilities as an instructor teaching fundamental concepts and techniques.
