Mentor

After sign up you will be allocated a mentor. The mentor will be either a level 2 or 3 instructor and their job is to help you along with your journey to becoming an instructor. The mentor is also there to determine if you have the right attributes to become an instructor and may recommend that you be dropped from training if you aren’t showing the appropriate levels of interest and dedication.
